Main Facilities

We have some equipment analyzing reliability like tensile force test equipment used for quality guarantee inspection and helium leak analyzing equipment used for shielding inspection.

1.Tensile Tester (Measuring Precision Load)

It checks whether it is well cemented by pulling above and below.

2.Helium Leak Detector (Waterproofing Inspection)

It inspects airtightness and waterproof by detecting only helium on vacuum exhausting.

3.Surface Analyzing Instrument of Measuring SEM

It measures elements and concentration of substances which exist in the zone after enlarging the surface to some ten thousand times. It is used for film thickness evaluation of multilayers.

4.Laser Microscope

It detects a shape by focusing a laser beam on a particular part of specimen.
Therefore it can get focused images even in a thick specimen, unlike a general microscope which directs a beam at a whole part.
It can inspect a processed cementing zone in detail.

5.Atomic Absorption Altimeter

It is equipment measuring an absorption spectrum by penetrating a light after atomizing a specimen at the high temperature. It mainly checks movements and amounts of a microelement included in an aqueous solution.

6.Ultraviolet & Visible Ray Spectrophotometer

It measures absorption spectrum and implements quantitative analysis of solution by using ultraviolet region and ray area of visible region. And it evaluates several characteristics by measuring penetrating spectrum and reflective spectrum of vacuum evaporation side.

7.SEM, EDS (Surface Analyzer of Measuring SEM)

SEM (Injection type electron microscope) is a kind of electron microscope and passes an electron beam through over the surface of test specimen after matching the electron-ray. It watches the test specimen by detecting the secondary electron and reflection electron emitted from the surface of test specimen.
EDS (energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopic analysis) analyzes the elements by using the characteristic x-ray emitted with the secondary electron and reflection electron together.

8.Surface Roughness Measuring Instrument

It senses the convexo-concave of surface by scratching the processing surface with a stylus. It interprets quantitatively and qualitatively.

9.FT-IR

It is a method measuring quantitatively and qualitatively a chemical compound by using an infrared light absorption spectrum of chemical compound molecules.

10.Current Measuring Instrument

It measures the current value on TRI treatment.

11.Conductivity Measuring Instrument

It measures the conductivity of ion-exchange water.

12.Liquid Compound Analyzer

It analyzes the concentration of several chemicals.
